Sessions

Choose from sessions spanning the full spectrum of logistics AI, from offline shipment data capture, building a knowledge graph, and deploying agents to governance, analytics and integrations.

From Pilot to Production: Why Most AI Initiatives Stall and How to Fix It

Attendees will learn why agentic AI deployments fail between demo and production, what the most common deployment gaps are in logistics back-office operations, and what a structured rollout with human-in-the-loop controls actually looks like in practice.

The Data Your TMS Is Missing: Building an AI-Ready Knowledge Base for Logistics

Attendees will learn what offline shipment data exists outside their TMS, why fragmented data is the primary reason AI agents underperform, and how to structure a unified operational knowledge base that compounds value over time.

Agentic AI Across Order-to-Cash: Where to Start and How to Scale

Attendees will learn how to sequence AI agent deployments across the logistics lifecycle, which workflows deliver the fastest ROI, and how to build a roadmap that scales without requiring significant internal engineering resources.

The Forward Deployed Engineering Model: What It Takes to Get AI Into Production in Logistics

Attendees will learn why traditional software implementation models fail for agentic AI, what embedded deployment looks like in practice, and what to evaluate in an AI vendor's delivery model before signing a contract.
